General Provisions and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between fa9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of fa9's services ("User", "you"). Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party.
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The deposited amount will be added to your account only after the transaction has been successfully processed.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process, though this may take longer if an identity verification (KYC) process is underway.
4.3 Transaction Rejection
fa9 reserves the right to reject or delay a transaction in the following circumstances:
- Account verification has not been completed
- There is suspicion of fraud

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (the bonus plus the deposit amount must be wagered 10 times).
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
- It is not possible to have multiple bonus offers active at the same time — unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met.
- To receive VIP bonuses and cashback, the conditions of the relevant VIP tier must be fulfilled.
5.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses
fa9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion. If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or bonus hunting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
General Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to placing bets or playing games on the fa9 platform:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a result is distorted due to a technical error, fa9 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
- Additional sports-specific rules may apply for cricket, football and other sports betting.
- Placing opposing bets on the same event (hedging) is prohibited.
- If an odds error is identified, the relevant bet may be recalculated at the market price.
6.1 Finality of Game Results
All games are conducted under fair play and RNG (Random Number Generator) principles. Game results are final and determined based on server records — if there is a discrepancy between the result shown on the user's screen and the server result, the server result will prevail.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Operating multiple accounts
- Using a false identity or false information
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method
- Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
- Playing games using any software, bot, script or automation tool
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the Platform
- Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes
- Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users
